Having the right application in place is one thing. Keeping it working to optimum efficiency is another. Our support team can ensure any Crimson application continues to meet your ongoing needs.
As is the Crimson way, all support is tailored. You can benefit from full and flexible system support that includes refinements, evolutions or simply maintenance. Our understanding of your organisation (and the system’s abilities) means we can easily adapt and tweak according to changing requirements.
We draw on in-house expertise to ensure consistency of delivery. We’ve even been known to move team members from development to support to maintain relationships and meet specific needs. So you benefit from experts who understand YOUR particular issues.
Quarterly reviews allow on-going honing of any solution. Then annual reviews provide the option to deliver a full sense check and see if strategic business or IT requirements have changed.

In short, it’s an application crafted (rather than developed) to match exact needs.
As we treat each project on its own merits, we let you dictate whether a waterfall (our place) or agile (your place) approach best suits your needs. Rest assured, wherever we work, close interaction every step of the way is assured.
We’ll also take every action to comply with your timescales. (After all, we’re here to solve your problems rather than add to them). So we draw on extensive manpower resources (in-house, regular freelance or proven offshore partners). And when using offshore partners to answer specific aspects of your brief, our proven ability to control everything ensures budgets, deadlines and standards are never compromised. It applies whether embracing cutting-edge processes or handling migration projects from legacy systems.
Our flexibility of approach also ensures we can develop any platform to suit. Working primarily with the Microsoft technology stack, we’re also recognised implementation partners of Business Objects (SAP) and Cognos (IBM) as well as offering broad experience with Java and Lotus Notes skill sets.
Crimson ‘parachuted’ resources in to help us manage out of a tight spot that we found ourselves in. Their approach (from Rob down to the technical guys on the ground) was to understand our problems, work out what they could do short term to mitigate the problem but also to help us plan our way forward. Once the initial situation was resolved they continued to challenge us on our approach, offering support where and when required. Crimson’s overall customer focussed approach to the problem was impressive and we would happily consider them again.
