Time is such a precious commodity - especially in recruitment. But our people-focused approach demands we take a little time - specifically to listen.

Sounds like the usual marketing spin but actually focussing on listening (to clients and candidates) is the foundation on which Crimson makes more people happy. So the process of screening, interviewing and judging against client needs always starts with knowledge. Of your business. Of the IT sector. And of our own abilities to look beyond a CV and see more of the person.
