Of course our consultants aren’t born for recruitment or blessed with some ‘natural gift’. Instead, they’re part of the Crimson recipe. They’re savvy, people-focussed and motivated individuals who are backed to the hilt with the right resources, time and processes.
 
Working on the basis that skilled professionals bring greater understanding, each is expert in a particular field (from recruitment law to interviewing protocols). They’re also given detailed IT training to build specific industry knowledge.
 
Our recipe also demands they understand your world. We don’t pretend this is much more than surface deep to begin with (regardless of our efforts). But so many long-standing clients see real benefits from having our dedicated professionals entwine themselves with their recruitment strategy, company values and little idiosyncrasies.
