01. Where are you from originally?
Walsall (Black Country lad through and through!).

02. What attracted you to Crimson?
I was keen to develop a company that people were attracted to work for; somewhere they felt valued with a strong future.

03. Why do enjoy working in this industry?
The variety of people, the reputation we have gained and the aim of making Crimson a valued name.

04. What can’t you live without?
People.

05. All time favourite film?
Blues Brothers.

06. What do you consider to be your key professional strength?
Integrity.

07. How did you come to work for Crimson?
I wanted my own business and so created Crimson with Mike & Simon.

08. Biggest milestone to date?
Fatherhood.
