Diversity Policy
Crimson Limited is a privately owned IT recruitment agency based in Coleshill, Warwickshire. From our base in the Midlands we cover temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across the UK. We are owned and managed by our three founding directors who individually have immense experience and knowledge in our industry. As well as our directors’ leadership, each and every employee is given an opportunity to become a shareholder in our company, which gives all employees the chance to contribute to our vision and shape our future.
Crimson have three corporate goals to:
- build and recognise an outstanding workforce
- maximise shareholder value
- exceed the expectations of our clients
With this in mind, Crimson is unreservedly a “people” focused company, whether they be employees or clients. To Crimson, our candidates are also our clients and we do not distinguish in the treatment between the two.
Crimson currently has Equal Opportunities, Family Friendly and Flexible Working policies, practices and guidelines, in order to ensure that both as an employer and an Employment Agency and Business we:
- attract applications from a diverse audience
- ensure our selection criteria for recruitment, training and promotion is based on relevant experience, work-related requirements of the job and personal competences
This means that we are committed to all employees and candidates in the same way regardless of race or colour, nationality or ethnic origin, religion or religious belief, gender, parental or marital status, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other criteria not specifically related to potential skills and abilities.
Crimson’s diversity statement therefore covers our employees and our clients (including candidates):
Crimson is committed to being an equal opportunities employer. We work hard to ensure that all our employees maximise their potential and have all the assistance they need to reach their individual career aspirations. In so doing, we ensure we value the differences between individuals and the different skills, experiences and qualities that they bring to work each day. This ensures that we have a highly motivated team with outstanding loyalty, commitment and morale and makes Crimson a fun place to work as well as highly professional and dedicated in all that we do.
- Client focus (including candidates)
All of our frontline recruitment staff are given training based on our Equal Opportunity Policies and Guidelines. We ensure that we and our clients comply with UK and European Legislation and not just to the letter of the law, but in the spirit of the legislation which encourages diversity across the employment arena.
