The Process

Stage 1 – Analysis and Discovery

Before we start to build and implement your recruitment campaign, we will appoint a dedicated account manager to work closely with you to find out all we need to know to manage your recruitment selection effectively. This will include:

  • Defining the exact details of your requirement
  • Review of your requirement and offering within the current market place
  • Establishing candidate selection criteria
  • A definitive overview of the position, the company and the benefits for prospective candidates

Stage 2 – Routes to Market

As soon as we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will develop a targeted marketing campaign including a variety of recruitment methods, ranging from a search of our network of candidates, search and selection, advertising and candidates identified via database searches. This should provide us with sufficient numbers to begin a detailed screening of all potential candidates.

Stage 3 – Selection

Those candidates that meet the standards set will be presented to you and the reasons for selection discussed. At this point, you select those candidates you would like to see for interview, with the reassurance of knowing that each one has met the entry criteria and been subject to screening by our experienced team. So you don’t have to worry about wasting valuable time in interviewing unsuitable candidates.

Stage 4 – Feedback and Closure

We will manage the feedback from the interview process, facilitate offers to candidates and manage the feedback to any unsuccessful candidates. Once the process is finished, we provide appraisal documents to all concerned to assess our involvement and maintain our focus on quality. All candidates receive feedback from the process, too, to ensure that both your professional image and ours is maintained.
