Candidate Screening
We understand that your time is too precious to waste on interviewing unsuitable applicants, so we are uncompromising in the discipline with which we screen potential candidates. We only represent candidates who we have thoroughly screened and qualified. Our consultants are trained in various aspects of interviewing and assessment and, because we have our own IT services company, we can make use of our own technical consultants to assess candidates when needed.
