Statement of Intent
We at Crimson aim to maintain the highest standards of quality and service in all of our commercial activities. This Statement of Intent outlines how this will be achieved for our freelance community.
Whilst Pursuing Assignments
- We will not submit your CV for a requirement until you are sure it is appropriate.
- Your Crimson representative will liaise directly with the client on your behalf.
- To help you make the right decision you will be given the following information.
- The role, responsibilities and work content involved.
- The rate you can expect.
- Details of the client site, i.e. location and environment.
- Length of the contract.
- Format of the interview.

- Once you are submitted for a requirement, you will be kept informed of any developments.
- At interview stage Crimson will confirm times, dates and location and will provide any additional information available to assist you in your interview.
- Feedback will be relayed to you following any interview.
- Once offered the position, Crimson will raise all your contractual paperwork ensuring that it conforms to employment regulations.
- Your CV will always be presented to our clients in your original words. If we feel that your CV may need refining to better support your application, we will contact you and ask you to consider making amendments.
- Your Crimson representative is able to offer market advice and salary guidance if required.
Whilst on Assignment
- You will be contacted prior to starting to ensure that you have all the information required for your first day.
- Contact will be made within the first week of the assignment to ensure all is well.
- You will be contacted or visited regularly during your assignment.
- You will have access to your Crimson representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Prior to extending you will have the opportunity to discuss any alternative opportunities.
- Crimson adhere to careful payment processing so you can be assured that payments are made promptly and on time.
At All Times
- We will endeavour to respond to any request within one working day.
- All promises made by us to call back or arrange events will be kept.
- Our version of your CV is available up on request.
