What is Software as a Service?
Our eRecruitment software, Mercury, is based on the rapidly emerging Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model.
Using the SaaS model, instead of you taking ownership of the software yourselves, you simply pay a single subscription price per user to access Mercury online via your web browser.
As the provider, we host the software remotely and continue to be responsible not only for its deployment and configuration, but also its operation, availability and maintenance – helping to dramatically cut your support costs, compared to ‘on-premise’ software.
Since all updates, including any changes in regulations, are managed automatically within the subscription price, you never have to worry about checking for or downloading updates or manually installing CD upgrades – relieving you of an extra administrative burden, so saving you time and money.
