By accessing or using this Site in any way, including, without limitation, use of any of the Services, downloading of any Materials, or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Use.

The TOU are not exhaustive and Crimson reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its TOU at any time without notice, effective upon either the posting of the modified TOU to www.crimson.com or notification of the modified TOU. Any complaints about a customer’s violation of the TOU should be sent to info@crimson.co.uk. The TOU supersedes any other agreement with Crimson, whether written, oral, by conduct, or otherwise.

The following Terms of Use apply to ALL Crimson customers:

Customers will not, without Crimson’s express written consent, copy, reproduce, republish, or otherwise use any material, in whole or in part, that is located on Crimson’s web site, and customers will not use any of Crimson’s trademarks, service marks, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property without Crimson’s express written consent. Customers will not, in any way, misrepresent their relationship with Crimson, attempt to pass themselves off as Crimson, or claim that customers are Crimson.

Any mention of non-Crimson products by Crimson, its employees, or any third party entity related to Crimson is for information purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Crimson. Crimson disclaims any and all liabilities for any representation or warranty made by the vendors of such non-Crimson products or services.

In using the Site, you agree:

not to disrupt or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the Site or affiliated or linked sites.
not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Site any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.
not to use or attempt to use another's account, password, service, or system without authorization from Crimson.
not to access or attempt to access any Design Content which you are not authorized to access.
not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Site, or any Services, Materials, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or any affiliated
or linked sites.

Crimson reserves the right to change the TOU and any other guidelines or rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. Your continued use of the Site, or any Materials or Services accessible through it, after such notice has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
