Head of Business Analysis – Birmingham
Hybrid working
1-2 days per week onsite
Salary upto – £70,000
Head of Business Analysis required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a Head of Business Analysis to come on board to be the driving force behind a high-performing, diverse team, setting frameworks and embedding best practices in every project to ensure timely delivery and exceptional outcomes. As a strategic partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to transform visionary ideas into concrete actions. Collaborating across departments, you’ll ensure every voice is valued and that policy initiatives translate into impactful, results-driven projects.
Your contributions will foster a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll lead the creation of innovative methodologies and tools that redefine our business processes, empowering our teams to perform at their best. Key skills and responsibilities,
Senior Business Analysis experience
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
* Proven experience in leading a business analysis team within a multi-functional organization.
* Proficiency in industry-standard methods, techniques, and business analysis tools, such as BPMN, Use Cases, SWOT analysis, Five Why’s, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
* Proficient in process design and re-engineering.
* Skilled in process mapping, with hands-on experience using process mapping tools.
* Demonstrated experience in overseeing activities that support multiple full project life cycle implementations, including large-scale and complex projects.
* Familiar with Dynamics CRM 365, Dynamics FO, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
* Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
* Expertise in process design and re-engineering.
* Demonstrated success in managing activities that support multiple full project life cycle implementations, including large-scale and complex projects.
