1st/2nd Line Support Analyst – Onsite/Inside IR35 – Southend

Full onsite working

Inside IR35 / Umbrella – £135 per day (all inclusive) which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.

1st/2nd Line Support Analyst required for our customer based in Southend. A suitable candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced Service Desk environment.

Key skills:

  • Service Desk Analyst experience
  • 1st and 2nd line Support experience
  • Background of handling tickets raised
  • Strong experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience of working with Active Directory
  • Jira
  • Strong overall knowledge of the MS technology stack
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
