1st Line Support Analyst required for a leading organisation based in Tamworth. My client is seeking a driven individual who is passionate about customer service and keen to deliver first-rate IT support to around 350 internal users. My client can offer progression and development along with an excellent induction process. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in IT support to build a career within a well-known organisation.

Key Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills are essential
  • Good understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience on a service desk is desirable
  • Problem solving attitude, keen to find the root cause of issues
  • Ability to train end users on IT systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience for this position, plus an excellent benefits package
