1st Line Support Analyst required to join a global IT Service Desk team for a leading client based in Central London. You will be required to be the first point of contact responsible providing face to face and telephone support to end users. You will need to ensure that every call is logged accordingly and updated regularly to a high quality. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential for this position.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to begin their career in IT.

Key Skills

  • Recent qualifications in Computing/IT or similar
  • Excellent customer facing experience is essential
  • Have a passion for IT and customer service
  • Keen to learn the role of a Service Desk Analyst and gain knowledge of Microsoft applications

Our client is offering a salary between £19,000 and £24,000 depending on experience for this position
