Service Desk Analyst required to work for a leading client in Sandwell. My client is looking for an experienced 2nd line support Analyst to come on board to work with the service desk team, to manage system issues raised.

Key skills:

  • Service Desk Analyst experience
  • 1st and 2nd line Support experience
  • Background of handling tickets raised
  • Strong experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience of working with Active Directory
  • PowerShell experience would be highly desirable
  • Strong overall knowledge of the MS technology stack
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
