2nd Line Support Analyst – MS/Windows – Sandwell

2nd line support Analyst required to work for a leading client in Sandwell. My client is looking for an experienced 2nd line support Analyst to come on board to work with the service desk team, to manage system issues raised.

Outside IR35.

The suitable candidate needs to be able to accommodate working hours between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm aswell as some weekend working. This role requires you to be onsite in Sandwell.

Key Skills,

  • 2nd line Support experience
  • Background of handling tickets raised
  • Strong experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience of working with Active Directory
  • PowerShell experience would be highly desirable
  • Infrastructure experience and knowledge
  • Strong overall knowledge of the MS technology stack
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
