2nd Line Support Engineer – DBS/Win10 – Ealing

Part time – 3 days onsite per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)

  • 2ndline Support experience
  • Education environment/industry
  • Windows 10 Desktop, fault finding, updates to firmware
  • Application support – finance & management systems
  • Ticket processing & SLA management
  • Group Policy
  • Audio Visual experience – fixing issues, display, sound
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365, administration and migration
  • Mailbox management
  • Hardware experience, desktop and laptop. Upgrades, SSD or memory
  • DBS cleared (desirable)
  • Switch & Firewall configuration (desirable)
  • SIMS (desirable)
  • Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills
