2nd Line Support Technician – Google Suite/G Suite – London
2nd line support Technician required to work for a leading client in London. My client is looking for an experience 2nd line support Technician to come on board to work with the service desk team, to manage system issues raised to the service desk team, while working with other team members in the support teams to resolve issues raised.
The suitable candidate needs to be able to accommodate flexible working hours
- 2nd line Support experience
- Extensive Gsuite experience (Google Suite)
- Background of handling tickets raised
- Strong experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Strong experience of working with Active Directory
- Experience of using Microsoft service manager console
- Level of Infrastructure experience and knowledge
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
