3rd Line IT Support Engineer – Microsoft – Plymouth

Acronyms are working in partnership with Crimson to source highly skilled IT professionals to support their new and existing client base. We are currently a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to be based in Plymouth to join their ‘family feel’ team. You will be working in a 3rd line capacity, solving technical problems, providing solution design and installation deployment. You will be supporting a variety of external clients and maintaining their operating environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with 3rd Line technical assistance
  • Assist and support 1st and 2nd Line engineers
  • Designing and installing IT solutions for new and existing clients
  • Auditing systems and networks to identify future opportunities
  • Researching and deploying infrastructure improvements

Key Skills

  • Experience of working within a 3rd Line support position
  • Experience of working to SLA’s
  • Excellent knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Server 2012/R2/2016
    • Windows 7/8/10
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Office 365
    • Virtualisation technologies
    • Network troubleshooting
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
