Business Analyst – Communications – Birmingham

Business Analyst required to work for a leading client in the Birmingham area. My client is looking for someone with an extensive communications background to come on board to gather information across the business to put into a matrix system. You will bring together and author the content and comms for distribution across a number of channels.

Key Skills Required;

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience
  • Have a confident and flexible approach to solving issues and mange resource conflicts
  • Strong requirements and information gathering experience
  • Stakeholder engagement and management across all levels – bringing together all parties around the business
  • Plan and manage multiple workstreams across various locations
  • Gather information from all channels – newsletters, stakeholders web pages etc
  • Confident presenting to both junior and senior level stakeholders
  • The ideal candidate will come from a communications or content management background
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
