Dynamics 365 Support Analyst Team Lead – D365 – Birmingham
The D365 Support Analyst Team Lead is accountable for customer support and is primarily responsible for service restoration in the event of any failure of business application software deployed in a production environment.
The D365 Solutions Support Team Lead will have a background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM support with considerable experience in a similar position. They will hold the main responsibility for addressing customer incidents raised using the Crimson support service (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) monitoring the cases to ensure they are assigned, and SLAs against the customers to ensure they do not breach.
The D365 Support Team Lead will have line management responsibilities for the Team of D365 Support analysts. They will act as escalation to the D365 Support Analysts, seeing escalated issues through to resolution or escalating further if required.
Key skills and Experience needed:
Excellent level of knowledge surrounding Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ideally SharePoint
Demonstrate an understanding of some of the edge technologies commonly implemented alongside D365 CE such as:
- Canvas Apps
- Cloud Flow / LogicApps
- Document Core Pack
- Power Virtual Agent
- Dynamics Portals
Azure or Modern Workplace solution experience
Experience supporting one or more of the following D365 apps: CE, Field Service, PSA, Marketing, Omni-Channel
A good level of knowledge in IT industry support and test methods, standards and policy best practices
Previous line management skills
A good understanding of Evergreen Management pertaining to Microsoft’s release schedule
An understanding of Office 365 and cloud based solutions
Proven experience of managing the support issues that surround Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft SharePoint implementations
Good Communication skills at all levels of the organisation
Strong Team-working ethics and be a good team player with the ability to influence stakeholders
Be open to new approaches and idea
Strong organisational skills
Previous Line Management Experience
