1st Line Support Analyst – Dynamics CRM – South Shields

1st Line Support Analyst required for a leading client based in South Shields. My client is looking for an experienced IT support analyst with extensive experience working with Dynamics CRM.

You will be required to support users and assist with all systems that are integrated with Dynamics CRM.

Key Skills Required;

  • 1st line support analyst experience
  • Background working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, support and administration
  • Providing 1st line support to users, along with assisting all systems that are integrated with Dynamics CRM
  • Document and manage end users support calls
  • Escalate problems to other team members where necessary
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
