Head of CRM – Bespoke CRM – Birmingham

Head of CRM required for an established organisation based in Birmingham, where you will play a key role in the oversight and overall direction of the internal CRM system that is used in the across the UK. The role will ideally suit an technically strong CRM professional, who is also savvy with the business impact/opportunity of a quality CRM system. The role will be based in Birmingham, with a couple of days on-site.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with CRM systems, preferably bespoke systems, and will be looking to own and drive CRM improvements across the organisation, whilst building and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Develop an intimate understanding of the business’s process workflows and pain points as well as market challenges, customer priorities and competitive issues.
  • Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments with a clear link to measurable business value.
  • Identify, measure and oversee the launch of solutions/features to maximise the positive impact on the organisation and address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.
  • Create shared vision of CRM
  • Obsessed about providing tangible and significant value to business units, helping them achieve their objectives through the effective use of CRM.
  • Responsible for the implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organisation and with customers.


The salary for this position is up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. There may be some flexibility on the salary for senior-level candidates.
