IT Project Manager – SDLC Projects .Net – South Manchester

Project Management/IT/Waterfall/Agile/Performance Management/Lifecycle/Stakeholders/SDLC

Project Manager required for a specialist client based in South Manchester. You will be responsible for the management of a team of 5 including Developers, Testers and Business Analysts including performance management and welfare. You will be required to lead and map out projects and deliver the small change agenda.

Please note my client is looking for someone to start in the next 3 weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall team management of a small team including holidays, performance reviews, welfare and regular team meetings
  • Deliver the small change agenda and provide realistic timelines
  • Provide support across the full project lifecycle and ensure documentation is produced for each step
  • Collaborate with multiple business users and build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Support the design and use of change standards, methodologies and templates

Key Skills

  • Core project management skills including leading the team, analysis, workshops
  • Full project lifecycle experience required
  • Experience of inhouse development projects ideally .Net
  • Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience within the insurance or e-Commerce sector preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Our client is offering between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package
