IT Service Delivery Analyst – Midlands/Remote

IT Service Delivery Analyst required for an established organisation based in the Midlands, where you will be responsible for supporting the service delivery function, as part of an exciting business and digital transformation. Within the role, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the SDM function, including invoicing, licensing, procurement, internal communications and other areas of critical administration and SDM support.

The role can be performed in from anywhere in the Midlands, UK, fully remote. There is the option to work in the office a few days per week if candidates wish to do so.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT Service Delivery Analyst/Co-ordinator position, and will have a desire to further develop their career within IT Service Delivery.

Key Skills of the role

  • Previous experience in an IT Service Delivery Support/Analyst/Coordinator focused role.
  • Knowledge of ITIL disciplines and desirable to have an ITIL certification.
  • Ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience performing critical administrative duties, such as invoices, purchase orders etc.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and use initiative to problem solve day-to-day issues.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.

Salary

The salary for this position is between £30,000 – £33,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits.

The role can be performed in from anywhere in the Midlands, UK, fully remote. There is the option to work in the office a few days per week if candidates wish to do so.
