Position: Service Desk Analyst

IT Service Desk Analyst to be responsible for day-to-day support of Viapath systems and staff at the various Viapath sites. They will be responsible for providing remote support. The successful candidate will be required to travel to the main Viapath Headquarters as part of a shift rota and work from home at other times.

Key Skills

  • Excellent technical ability at a variety of 1st/2nd line support levels proven through previously held positions. This includes excellent general IT knowledge around products and services and the ability to explain these to customers if needed.
  • The ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively whilst coaching junior support colleagues in order to further develop their skillset and eventually upskill these colleagues onto senior IT positions.
  • Excellent all-round communication, time management, problem management and technical understanding skills.
  • Experience working exceptionally well with people, utilising a focused, collaborative, team mindset in order to assist in the efficient running of the business’ IT support sector.


In order to successfully fill this position, Viapath are offering a highly competitive salary of £25,000 – £30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
