IT Service Management Analyst – Transition – London

IT Service Management Analyst required for a well-known organisation based in North-West London, where you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of services to ensure they are effectively transitioned into service operation. You will have key responsibility for the coordination of activities across projects, suppliers and service teams. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with previous IT Service Management experience!

The ideal candidate will have previous IT Service Management experience, whilst also having knowledge of ITIL and Service Introduction. Any Agile experience would be highly desirable.

Key skills required for the role:

  • Previous IT Service Management experience, gained from an IT Operations environment.
  • An ability to prioritise and effectively plan within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage high volumes of competing demand and priorities.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Service Introduction.
  • Process mapping, improvement definition, documentation and implementations.
  • Preferably experience working in an Agile environment.
  • ITIL Foundation certificate would be desired for this role.


The salary for this position is between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
