IT Support Analyst – MS/Windows – Northampton

IT support Analyst required to work for a leading client in Northampton. My client is looking for an experienced IT support Analyst to come on board to work with the service desk team, to manage system issues raised.

Outside IR35

  • 1ST/2ndline Support experience
  • Background of handling tickets raised
  • Strong experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience of working with Active Directory
  • PowerShell experience would be highly desirable
  • Infrastructure experience and knowledge
  • Strong overall knowledge of the MS technology stack
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
