IT Support Technician – Plymouth

Acronyms are working in partnership with Crimson to source highly skilled IT professionals to support their new and existing client base. We are currently seeking 5 IT Support Technicians to be based in Plymouth to join their ‘family feel’ team. You will be required to provide 1st and 2nd line support and will work closely with the existing team. You will have the opportunity to undertake training and development to enhance your current skill set.

These roles will operate on a shift pattern incorporating a mix of day, late and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain internal systems
  • Design, build and support all hosted and onsite VOIP systems
  • Advise on technical builds in relation to solutions
  • Design and implement new and existing backup solutions
  • Diagnose and repair hardware faults

Key Skills

  • Experience working within an IT Support role
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016, Windows 10, O365 and Exchange Online
  • Experience of troubleshooting, networking and configuration
  • Knowledge of virtualisation platforms
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus a generous shift allowance.
