Junior CRM Administrator – Dynamics CRM – Central London

Junior CRM Administrator required for a leading global events organisation based in Central London. You will be responsible for supervising the Group’s CRM systems, their processes and integrations, and to provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users. This role is a trainee-level position and training on the CRM system will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to internal users and assist with the management of all systems integrated into CRM
  • Support the application development team through the project lifecycle
  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues in the CRM application
  • Prevent data quality issues by identifying frequent user errors, coordinating regular data cleanses and work with business units to improve user competence

Key Skills

  • Experience of supporting CRM systems, Dynamics CRM preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • Experience of delivering training to small groups would be ideal
  • Keen desire to pursue a career in Customer Relationship System Management
  • Ability to work with various teams across the business
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering a salary up to £28,000 per annum plus 10% bonus and an excellent benefits package including training.
