Senior IT Support Analyst – Nottingham

Senior IT Support Analyst required for a global organisation based in Nottingham, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of IT support to a variety of internal stakeholders across the business. Within the role, you will utilise your strong technical skills to fulfil technical incidents & service requests, following ITIL processes. Alongside your colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in supporting escalations and ensuring end users receive high quality support.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong technical ability, across a range of technologies, including hardware support and configuration. The role will be office based with some home working flexibility.

Key Skills

  • Proven IT Support experience, preferably gained in a medium to large scale business.
  • End point device hardware knowledge. Experience with Windows 10, 0365, SCCM.
  • Preferably experience of Mobile device management and end point enterprise management systems.
  • Proven understanding of core application technologies, for example email, document management etc.
  • Device administration in Active Directory, SCCM, MDM.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.


The salary my client is offering for this position is up to £35,000, depending on experience plus excellent benefits. This is will be an office based role with some home-working flexibility.
