Service Desk Analyst – 1st/2nd Line Support – Doncaster

Service Desk Engineer required for a leading client where you will be working closely with other IT technical support colleagues provide support to users of desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices, including the maintenance of both Hardware and Software, along with the management and maintenance of the company’s servers and network infrastructure. Incidents and requests will be handled according to IT and company standards.

Key Skills required,

  • 1st and 2nd Line Support experience ideally within a Retail Environment
  • Unix/AIX
  • Windows 2012/2016 Server
  • Windows 10, Windows 7
  • Active Directory
  • WebSphere
  • Cognos
  • Lotus Notes
  • My client is offering a salary of between £21,000 and £25,000 depending on experience
