Service Desk Analyst – Inside IR35 / 1st & 2nd Line – Sandwell, West Midlands

Inside IR35 / Umbrella – £170 (all inclusive day rate) which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.

Service Desk Analyst required for a leading client based in Sandwell. You are coming on board to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and assistance to all employees, dealing with helpdesk incidents and service requests. Please note this role will be on site.

ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK!!

Key Skills:

  • 1st / 2nd Line desktop support experience
  • Desktop rollouts
  • Install and configure servers and laptops
  • Configurations
  • Experience working with the MS technology stack
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote user support and service requests
  • Software installation
  • Escalate incidents up to 2ndand 3rdline as required
