Service Desk Analyst – Troubleshoot/Network/AD – Sandwell

Service Desk Analyst required to work for a leading client in Sandwell. My client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to come on board to work with the service desk team, to manage system issues raised, and escalate 2nd and 3rd line issues when necessary.

Key Skills,

  • Extensive experience working in a busy service desk environment
  • Solid background offering 1stline support
  • Troubleshoot – Network issues, printers, Active Directory (password resets, account setups), application troubleshooting such as emails and clinical apps
  • Technical experience with the Microsoft stack and Windows technologies
  • Experience of using Microsoft service manager console
  • Level of Infrastructure experience and knowledge
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
