Service Desk Manager – Cherwell/Helpdesk/Service – Stratford Upon Avon

Service Desk Manager required for a leading client based in Stratford Upon Avon. My client is currently seeking a Service Desk Manager to come on board to be fully involved and the main escalation point to escalate problems to the correct line of IT support, using the helpdesk/Service Desk support system called Cherwell.

  • Service Desk Management experience
  • Management of IT Helpdesk
  • Remote technical support
  • Experience of using Service system Cherwell
  • Management of IT Service Desk
  • Update and maintain service desk platform
  • Ensure SLA’s are met
  • Hardware testing and deployment
  • Troubleshooting remote user issues
