Service Desk Manager/Service Delivery Manager – London/Flexible

Service Desk Manager required for a well-known organisation, based in Central London, where you will play a key part in the management and oversight of a team of analysts to deliver an excellent service to internal colleagues and end users. Working with the team, you will be tasked with improving and enhancing the service offering for the users, leading on incident, problem and service requests also. The role will be 2/3 days in the office, the rest from home.

The ideal candidate will be a proven Service Desk/Help Desk manager or Team Leader, that is looking for a new challenge in service delivery.

Key Skills of the role

  • Previous experience in a Service Desk Management or Team Leader role.
  • Good technical understanding of common typical systems (Servers, networks, databases, Microsoft stack).
  • ITIL V3 qualification is highly desirable for this role
  • Strong ability to motivate and support staff
  • Excellent written and communication skills, and an ability to present to a senior management audience.

Salary

The salary for this position is up to £50,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. The role will be 2/3 days in the office, the rest from home.
