Service Desk Manager – Service/Helpdesk – Sandwell

Service Desk Manager required for our client based in Sandwell. My client is currently seeking a Service Desk Manager to come on board to be fully involved and the main escalation point to escalate problems to the correct line of IT support, using the helpdesk/Service Desk support system.

This role will be onsite working!

  • Service Desk Management experience
  • Management of IT Helpdesk

  • Management of IT Service Desk
  • Update and maintain service desk platform
  • Ensure SLA’s are met
  • Hardware testing and deployment
  • Troubleshooting remote user issues
  • Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills
