Service Manager – Azure/ITIL/SC Cleared – UK

Service Manager required for a leading client in the UK. You will be required to have strong project management experience and an understanding of best practices around overall management of cloud environments.

A suitable candidate must have the availability to travel in the UK.

SC Clearance is essential for this role!!!

Key Skills Required;

  • Extensive Service Transition Management experience
  • Strong process management experience
  • Microsoft technology background
  • A background with Azure would be highly desirable
  • Governance background (journey to cloud programme)
  • Business readiness experience (readiness to transition to cloud)
  • Experience gathering complex requirements while adapting to project scope and changing environments
  • Conflict management, ensuring involvement of different teams from the customer organisation whilst considering all constraints
  • Be up to date with the newest cloud service management methodologies and tools
  • Previous experience using tools such as Portals, Admin Centres, API’s etc
  • A suitable candidate will hold a valid SC Clearance
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • ITIL Expert
  • Cloud Computing Foundation
  • ISO 20000
