Technical Project Manager – FinTech- CRM- ChatBot -FinTech

Technical Project Manager is required for a well invested FinTech client based in central London. My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who has experience of working with a CRM System and will come on board to deliver a transformation programme of work. It would also be highly beneficial if you have Credit Cards experience.

Key skills:

  • Extensive Project Management experience
  • Experience of integrating new clients on their system
  • Chatbot and call centre experience, ideally Intercom
  • Experience interfacing web with CRM (ideally dynamics)
  • Experience of working with Credit Cards (Desirable)
  • Operational experience
  • Working with a previous FinTech company preferred
  • Background of integrating client’s databases
  • Strong knowledge of understating roadmaps
  • Business facing PM with a strong technical understanding
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
  • Intercom and workflow experience ideally
  • Exposure of working with structured methodologies (Prince2, APMP, MSP, Agile)
  • Background of CRM integrations
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
