Technical Support Analyst – Full Remote Working

Support Analyst / OnApp / WHMCS / SSH / LAMP / cPanel / WordPress / Magento / TeamSpeak

Technical support Analyst required for a dynamic organisation based in the UK where you will be required to answer support tickets, live chats and support calls as part of the main tasks throughout the day. You must be organised, efficient and customer focused. This is a working from home position where you will be required to work full time hours, there are multiple shift patterns available.

Key Skills of the role

  • Good working knowledge of OnApp, WHMCS, SSH
  • Knowledge of end user applications such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento.
  • Understanding of mod security and security best practices
  • Experienced with cPanel & LAMP desirable
  • Excellent commination skills
  • UK based residence
  • Ability to work effectively in the home environment

The salary my client is offering for this position is between £18,000 and £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
