Barratt Redrow and Crimson forge strategic partnership to transform CRM at scale

Barratt Redrow, the UK’s largest residential developer, has selected Crimson as its strategic Microsoft partner to help create and maintain class leading customer systems based around the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform stack.

The appointment follows the 2024 £2.5bn strategic combination of Barratt Developments PLC and Redrow PLC, two of the UK’s biggest and best homebuilders, both of which have 5 star HBF ratings from their customers. Together, they form a powerhouse entity that delivers over 17,000 homes annually through its brands Redrow, Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, and Barratt London.

A scalable, future-proof CRM

As Barratt Redrow continues its journey to deliver exceptional personalised customer experience across pre-reservation, sales, and post-occupation customer care, the organisation sought a partner with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise and the ability to manage CRM delivery at an enterprise scale.

Following a detailed and competitive selection process, Crimson was selected to deliver a Continual Delivery and Managed Service model tailored to the demands of a high-volume multi-brand business.

  • Over 450 Power Automate flows and 170+ plugins managed and maintained.
  • A DevOps-aligned ALM process supporting bi-weekly releases and quarterly rollups.
  • Proactive monitoring and trend analysis to reduce business disruption.
