D365 Configuration Consultant
Outside IR35
Remote
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a D365 Configuration Consultant with Business Analysis skills. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on client requirements, as well as performing business analysis tasks and creating user stories to drive the development process. Any higher education experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet client specifications, including but not limited to entities, workflows, forms, and reports.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of user stories and business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on D365 configuration and usage.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advise clients on best practices and opportunities for optimization.
- Any Higher education experience will be desirable
