IT Finance Business Manager – Inside IR35 – Birmingham
IT Finance Business Manager required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a IT Finance Manager to come on board to Manages the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for IT over both single and multi-year periods, aimed at enhancing business performance and realizing benefits. This position oversees IT finances to guarantee optimal business performance and maximize the value derived from IT investments.
Key skills,
- Previous Business Performance knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Understanding of business financials and reporting procedures
- Familiarity with standard SLAs and vendor agreements
- Formulate financial plans and forecasts in partnership with IT SLT and the Finance Business Partner.
- Gather necessary financial data and reports to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
- Provide guidance to IT stakeholders on financial planning, budgeting, costing, accounting, and charging utilizing established accounting practices and standards.
- Aid in identifying and calculating process, service, project, and component costs to contribute to IT financial plans and forecasts.
- Collect essential financial data and reports to support broader decision-making within IT.
- Insight into the product environment and its influence on supplier contract administration
- Basic knowledge of the industry and functional domains
- Hands-on experience compiling and analyzing operational forecasts and plans, including generating intricate visuals using applicable tools
- Previous involvement with corporate financials within a multifaceted, multi-vendor setting
- Experience in managing business performance within an IT department, collaborating with senior stakeholders
