IT Support Analyst – London
Kentish Town, London – Hybrid 3 days per week
The salary on offer for this role is between £42,000 and £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
IT Support Analyst required for a leading client based in London to join our dynamic team within the housing sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations across premium properties. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards of service both staff and residents with timely, effective solutions that enhance their digital experience.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across a range of IT devices, including HP, Lenovo, and Apple hardware.
- Configure and troubleshoot firmware and BIOS settings as needed.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 across all supported versions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entity/Entra (Azure)
- Manage mobile devices using Mobile Iron and ensure secure access and functionality.
- Utilise enterprise tools such as Microsoft SCCM and BitLocker for system management and data protection.
- Deploy and maintain systems using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft MDT technologies.
- LAN/WAN products and protocols
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on priorities and share updates.
- Promptly identify, escalate, and help mitigate any risks or issues impacting IT services.
