IT Project Manager sought for a leading client in Derby. The role involves overseeing complex IT projects from planning to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality goals. Key tasks include defining scope and deliverables, managing resources, and aligning projects with business objectives.
Key skills and responsibilities,
- Lead end-to-end IT projects aligned with business goals
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Oversee resources, budgets, and schedules for on-time delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for effective collaboration
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and stakeholder requirements
- Monitor performance, address risks, and implement mitigation
- Report status, risks, and issues to senior management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent at communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
