Project Manager – Contract – UK/Europe – Travel
This opportunity will require a balance of remote working and travel throughout Europe
Inside IR35 / Umbrella – (all-inclusive day rate) which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a leading customer based across several locations in mainland Europe. The Business Analyst will manage delivery of IT, business implementation, facility upgrades, digital, and strategic projects within agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution and start-up. Collaborate across functions to coordinate scope, manage risks, and resolve issues.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Define clear project scope and objectives, with structured workstreams and activities.
- Develop and resource project plans aligned with required deliverables.
- Manage projects to time, cost, and quality, aligned with methodology and governance framework.
- Experienced in delivering projects using Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong track record of successful SDLC execution.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to meet project goals.
- Resolve issues proactively, escalating risks that may impact delivery.
- Assess and monitor project risks, reporting deviations through to closure or handover.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through deployment and handover to support.
- Report on project outcomes and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements.
- Apply creative and analytical thinking in problem-solving, promoting teamwork and innovation.
- Provide regular updates on milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with leadership across the organization.
- Understand and manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
