Crimson celebrates achieving a Best Companies award recognising our very good levels of employee engagement

Midlands IT consulting and recruiting specialists, Crimson, celebrate another year of very good levels of employee engagement, underscoring their commitment to retaining the best industry talent in delivering intelligent customer experiences.

After receiving a top accolade from employee engagement specialists Best Companies, Crimson will celebrate its award by taking part in National Best Companies Day on Friday March 1st, 2019. To mark the a day of nationwide celebrations the Crimson team will start the morning with warm croissants and freshly ground coffee.

Crimson was awarded for its high Best Companies Index score from the Best Companies survey, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer. Initiatives such as Crimson’s Employee Action Group, a burgeoning apprentice programme, regular communications, strong leadership and charity fundraising activities all contribute to a happy working environment.
