Crimson is delighted to announce that Jayne Corbett is now certified to offer general intelligence assessments (GIA).
Jayne, who is Key Accounts Development Manager within Crimson’s IT recruitment agency, was awarded the certification by Thomas International.
Thomas International is a global assessment provider that have been at the forefront of assessment innovation for 35 years.
The GIA is a cognitive ability assessment that provides an accurate prediction of the time it will take someone to get to grips with a new role/regime. By gauging candidate’s capabilities, Crimson’s clients can keep their staff engaged in their work by setting them appropriate challenges suited to their strengths.
This certification means that Jayne will now be able to assess candidates for her clients using the following tools:
- Psychometric Test
- Aptitude Test
- Other general intelligence assessments
