As regional winners for the West Midlands, Crimson will automatically be entered into the National awards in the SME Employer category. 2020 is the second year the Crimson has had an apprenticeship scheme, and there have been extra challenges due to Covid-19. 10 apprentices joined Crimson in September 2020, and have been welcomed both virtually and in-person by the company.
The regional title is a great achievement, and Crimson will also be attending the BirminghamLive Apprenticeship Awards as Medium Employer finalists.
Cat Halstead Head of Academy at Crimson Limited said: “It’s absolutely fantastic to win this award and is a wonderful acknowledgement of the collaborative effort our colleagues and partners have contributed to make Crimson Academy a success.”
“From the strong partnership with our training provider Digital Native, buddying provided by year 2 apprentices, awareness sessions run by different areas of the business and mentoring provided by our Consultants, our apprenticeship programme is a team effort.”
